Shipping policy

  • Please allow us 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship your order after an order is placed. This timeframe is to allow for bank transfers to be cleared by our receiving financial institution as well as to navigate any unforeseen disruption with our shipping process. Any and all delays outside of this period will be communicated and arrangements made to rectify the issue.
  • Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery fees are paid by the customer directly to the courier unless otherwise specified and agreed.
  • All tracking or delivery details are communicated (within our 3-5 business days processing period) via email, message and/or phone call.
